2018-2019 Re-registration Information

Dear Parents,

Today we will begin the 2018-2019 re-registration process. We hope to have 100% of our families re-register, signifying our family commitment to Holy Spirit Catholic School.

Re-registration forms will be posted on the website in addition to attaching them to this email. You will need to download, print & return the necessary forms for your family with the re-registration fee check. If you have trouble downloading the forms, please contact one of the school's secretaries for a set of re-registration forms. Re-registration forms are due March 5!

Please download the approved tuition rates for the 2018-2019 school year below.  

Every family must submit the following forms:
Re-registration Form 18-19  (K-12)
Preschool Re-registration Form (PK4)
Tuition Payment Preference Form (PK4-12)
Enrollment Contract (PK4-12)
Catholic Tuition Rate Information and Form (Catholic Families Only) must be turned in with other forms.

Please make sure you have signed all of your forms so that the re-registration process is not delayed. Forms and money must be turned in together.

Re-registration Fee Schedule (per student PK-12)
$100... if paid by March 5
$125... if paid by April 6
$150... if paid by May 4
$175... if paid by June 1
$225... any time after June 1

We would be delighted if you have a new sibling to register! If so, please complete an Admissions Application and submit separately. Do not include this child in the re-registration forms. 

If any Catholic family will need financial assistance, the Financial Aid Application is also available below. This application is due by April 20, 2018. Please download the FACTS flyer and the Financial Aid Application.
